Fully automatic: automatically creates a new box for each main category

- as a graphic box, e.g. to show which payment methods you accept
- as a content box accessible via the admin, like the two standard boxes "Info" and "Content"

Now your most important categories can already be opened when you visit the shop!

Minimum order value for a main category, but only for some of its sub-categories. And the whole thing as the sum of all subcategories, please :-)
