If you want to buy via Paypal Express, you are directed to a strange “confirmation page” in the store. This looks a little different from the typical modified order confirmation page. You see your details again and are asked to confirm them.
All well and good, so you scroll down, check the box “My data is correct” and click on confirm. But you still get an error message. What's going on?
The reason lies a few centimeters further up, in the middle of the screen, where you have to select and confirm the shipping method AGAIN, which makes no sense for most retailers.
We automate these two clicks - we tick the shipping method and click on “Confirm shipping method”. The customer only needs to scroll down and click on confirm, just as you would do automatically, without having to deal with error messages.
