Shipping costs with VAT rate following the main service

In most shops, shipping costs are stored either with 19% VAT or with 7% VAT.
For most shops, this is sufficient, as usually only products are sold with either 19% or 7% VAT.
However, for all traders who have both - i.e. mixed sales with 7% and 19% VAT - this module is mandatory.

We change the shipping cost calculation so that you enter the gross price of the shipping costs, and depending on the sale, the module decides on its own whether this gross price contains 19% or 7% VAT.

If the sum of the 19% articles sold is higher, then the shipping price including 19% VAT is calculated. If the sum of the 7% articles sold in an order is higher, then the shipping price including 7% VAT is calculated here. The additional service follows the main service.
