Inherit customer group prices to other customer groups

For the lazy: Simply enter the price and the scale prices for customer group X and it will automatically be entered in customer group Y as well.

You can assign this in the admin area for the respective customer group ("inherit price from customer group....").
Of course, this should not be done in a circle...

All other customer group settings such as see prices, discount scales etc. are of course retained.
