DHL returns portal: automatically pre-enter customer data

This module adds a button "Send returns note" in the admin of the shop in the customer's order view.

Clicking this button opens the DHL returns portal and the form is already correctly pre-filled.

Prerequisite: You have already received the e-mail "Returns portal has been set up" from DHL. This contains the URL for the "Web call for pre-configured returns recipients" and the name of the returns warehouse. We need this information.

If you also ship abroad, we need the names of all returns warehouses used.
