Products description

Clever Reach - what is it?

A professional newsletter provider that is known to the email system operators (i.e. web.de, gmx, telekom etc.) as reputable.
Cleverreach is used by companies such as DHL, Tesa, 1. FC Köln, REWE, Rotkäppchen, Greenpeace, AOK, Hanse Merkur, Spotify
...and another 175,000 customers.

What is done and what does it cost?

- Installation of the interface in your shop: free of charge if the account is opened by us, otherwise the price shown under "Setup: no".
In the interface you can choose whether newsletter recipients or buyers or both are to be exported, and to which Cleverreach recipient list.

NEW since 15.11.2023:
If a customer buys something and is exported to Cleverreach and then cancels their purchase, there is no longer a business relationship and the customer is deleted from Cleverreach.

Opening and setting up a Cleverreach account through Fishnet: free (but no programming or graphic work such as building newsletter templates)

- Up to 1000 emails per month to up to 250 recipients: free

- No basic fees, no minimum turnover !

Other costs if desired:
The rate selection is based on the number of recipients, not on the frequency of your emails. So you can send as many emails as you like every month. Examples would be: 500 recipients 15 Euro, 1000 recipients 20 Euro, 2500 recipients 35 Euro (*).

Of course, there are cheaper providers, but they usually don't have their servers in Germany or don't have this range of functions

.

We test many newsletter systems every year and so far no one could convince us that they are better than Cleverreach

.

Why use an external newsletter provider ? There is a newsletter system in my shop ?
I could also send newsletters via Outlook ?

  1. If your customers sign up for the newsletter in the shop, you have no proof that the customer really clicked on the confirmation link, because you could theoretically forge the database entry. With Cleverreach you can't do that, because you don't have access to Cleverreach 's database. Therefore you should generally only use the registration form of Cleverreach and remove the modified registration function from the shop completely (please let us know if you want to do this). You can also download the technical proof of the double opt-in from Cleverreach and be on the safe side.

  2. If you send a lot of e-mails at once via your normal hoster, it can happen that your hoster ends up on an internet-wide blacklist. This means that all e-mails that go out via your hoster - from all its customers! - will be marked as spam. This usually leads to termination without notice by your hoster, because this is forbidden by ALL hosters without exception.

  3. Cleverreach is recognised as a reputable newsletter provider - its servers are known throughout the internet as newsletter servers and is therefore whitelisted by email providers. This means that your emails end up in your inbox - not in the spam folder.

  4. In addition, if you use the shop's newsletter system, it usually closes the connection after about 60 seconds, without an error message. This means that the majority of your customers do not receive the newsletter at all, and you do not even notice it. As good as Modified is otherwise, we think the idea of sending newsletters out of a shop is really crap.

  5. Subscribing and unsubscribing customers is fully automatic. You could (technically speaking) register all customers who have bought something and/or all customers who have subscribed to the newsletter in the shop. The customers can unsubscribe at any time. You don't need to do anything here !

  6. You can analyse exactly what the opening rate of your previous newsletters was, how many purchases the newsletter triggered and how much you earned through it.

  7. And last but not least: at Cleverreach you can click together beautiful newsletters with great graphics - also for Christmas and Easter - without any programming knowledge.

Just give us a call - we'll do it!

FAQ:

Why are not all e-mail addresses imported?

Why is recipient XY on a "blacklist" ?

Does CleverReach offer an order processing agreement?

More info - for those interested in technology and details:

Success control:
With Cleverreach you can carry out A-B tests. Example: You want to send to 20,000 recipients and be as successful as possible..
You can now create two different subject lines and/or content, then determine the size of the test group, e.g. 200 recipients each. You can determine who wins: the highest open rate, the highest click rate or the highest sales rate ?
After the test time you have set has expired, the winning email is sent to the remaining 19,600 recipients.

Design and spam test:
You can run the newsletter through the most widespread spam filters and thus see in advance how, for example, IPhone, Gmail, Outlook or Android will react to your e-mail and how the e-mail will look.

Automated e-mails on occasions:
You can create occasion-relatede-mails

, e.g. for

a birthday, after a shop purchase or a registration

.
