If a customer only gets the message "Search term not found", this is really annoying - for the customer who has searched without results and for the trader who has just lost a customer.
With this module, you can prevent this from happening again.
If a search term was not found, this is entered into a statistic.
Optionally, you will receive an e-mail each time that a customer did not find the term XY. This way, you can see whether products have been found without results.
In this way you can see whether products are displayed optimally, whether you need to add more search terms
or whether you should even add new products to your range.
NEW:
You can delete search terms that you have created yourself at any time,
or delete all search terms from the statistics with one click.
