Shipping by country, postcode and weight or item price

With this shipping module you can

- define a flat rate
- build on this by specifying several postcode areas per country
- store shipping costs for each postcode area according to weight or item price.

Examples:

Cost flat rate 3 euros (this always comes on top, no matter where, no matter how heavy)
Shipping to Hamburg city centre, i.e. everything starting with 2009x, 55 euros up to 100 kilos
Shipping to roughly everything starting with 80xxx 60 euros up to 40 kilos, above that 70 euros
Shipping to Austria, no matter what postcode, 90 euros

Flat rate 0 Euro
Shipping to Germany 5 Euro up to an item value of 3 Euro, above 7 Euro Shipping
Shipping to Vienna 9.90 up to an item value of 10 Euro, above 12, shipping to the rest of Austria 15 Euro
