Customer group with max. number of items in the shopping basket and purchase block

This module is for all mail-order companies that suffer from collective orders and mass returns!

To be honest, it's always the same customers who order 50 items, return 49 and play the same game next week.
And: if you simply limited the number of items that can be bought, these "specials" would simply make several purchases in a row.

Our module therefore takes effect in two stages.
1. The number of products that a customer of customer group XY can buy is limited.
2. The customer can only buy something again X days after his last purchase, e.g. after 14 days.

If, for example, the customer is to buy a maximum of 5 items, the 6th item in the shopping cart gives the error message:

"Dear ....., unfortunately your return rate is a bit too high at the moment, so we can only allow you to purchase a maximum of 5 items per order."

When the customer buys the 5 items and then tries to buy again, the message comes up:

"Dear... , unfortunately your last order has not yet been finally processed by us, please wait until 01.12.2013 before placing your next order".
