The Modified Shop normally issues invoices according to the country of delivery.
Swiss receive everything net, Germans everything gross. A French company would receive goods net, but a French private individual would receive them gross.
However, sometimes German companies order goods within Germany that are intended for export. They can assure the trader that the goods will be exported. This is called an entry certificate.
This plugin has a complex code but is easy to use. You can open a customer account in the admin and check the "Entry certificate" box. That's it.
This customer will then always be charged net, regardless of where they ship to and regardless of which customer group they are in and what the settings for this customer group are.
If you use the Modified Plugin "PDF Invoices", the customization is included in the price.
