This extension allows the admin to declare orders as offers.
An order is created in the administration and the order status "offer" is assigned to it.
At the same time, the system sends an offer e-mail to the customer.
If the customer accepts the offer (by phone or mail), the administrator sets the order status from "offer" to a normal order status.
The system sends an e-mail confirming the order.
If the customer rejects the offer, the administrator can delete the order, the stock is then added back to the product and the sales statistics are correct again.
