According to the IT Recht Kanzlei, consent must be obtained from the customer to be contacted by Trusted Shops.
We implement a link to Trusted Shops for the German customers on the order confirmation page, together with the text
I would like to be reminded by Trusted Shops GmbH after delivery once by e-mail to (e-mail address) to submit a rating.
If the customer clicks on the link, they will be taken to a page at Trusted Shops that reads something like this:
"Thank you very much! We will remind you to rate your purchase. You will receive a reminder email from Trusted Shops on (DATE) and will then be able to rate your purchase from (DEALER).
Your rating will help other consumers!"
By default, we will only show this to customers from Germany. Upon request, we will remove or change the restriction to other countries. Check with TS beforehand if your TS guarantee is valid worldwide.
All modules in the legal section have been programmed on customer request. Please ask your lawyer whether they are legally required. We cannot give any information on this.
