Check identity card number for date of birth and check digit

We have two versions on offer

Version 1: Create customer account

On the page "Create customer account", this module requires the number of the identity card, with a small example picture of where to find the number. For a better overview, the four subfields are marked in colour in the explanation, as are the corresponding input fields.

The check digit is checked for plausibility and then the date of birth. If the check digit is correct and the owner is 18 years or older according to the date of birth, then a customer account is created, otherwise the user is confronted with an error message that he is not authorised to create a customer account.

Version 2: Purchase transaction (standard installation, if no requests)

Same procedure as version 1, but the query is only made in the checkout process, by default as follows:

- If the shipping address is in Germany, then the module is displayed
- If the identity card check was successful, the customer is marked in the database and is not bothered again.

Also possible: query only in checkout_payment, query based on billing address, query based on customer address (with which the customer has registered), please communicate these change requests directly in our checkout!

All modules in the legal area were programmed on customer request. Please ask your lawyer whether they are legally required. We cannot give any information on this.

Note for Modified 2, this module cannot be updated.
