Exclude manufacturer for discount coupons

In the admin at the discount coupons we add a field where you can enter the ID numbers of the manufacturers for which this discount code is not valid. The block applies across categories for all products from that manufacturer.

Ordering and entry are still possible, but the order confirmation page will indicate that the discount does not apply to the marked products.
