Unfortunately, there are always hosters who try to put obstacles in our way so that we cannot offer this service.

Secure backup:
- We make a daily backup of your database
- We make a complete backup of your shop once a week and keep it for at least 12 weeks. If, for example, a file is defective in one backup, it will certainly work in one of the other backups.
- In addition, we keep one backup from each of the last 12 months. This means that there are up to 23 backups in total.
- We store each of these 23 full backups encrypted in three different locations within Germany, which are completely and only under our control. One of them is even offline and thus cannot be attacked by hackers. So there are a total of up to 69 backups of each shop.
- Whether it's a break-in, fire, hardware damage or a hack attack - a version of your data is ALWAYS safe.
- We scan the latest backup with a scanner 24/7, with a second scanner 1x / week for viruses, with a third scanner we scan daily especially your product images in the shop.
Viruses in the images, PHP viruses, Java viruses - things that your private virus scanner usually does not know! - Should there be a virus on your system one day, or a hacker attack paralyses your shop, then the restoring of the last backup is already included in the price. is already included in the price.
- We can restore your shop relatively quickly (within 24 hours). (The backups are packed and encrypted for security reasons, decryption takes several hours depending on the size of the shop).
A virus attack can otherwise - according to our experience - mean 3-5 working days of manual work to remove the virus,
that would be costs of about 2000,- Euro, not to mention your loss of sales
- and a server crash can lead to the complete loss of your data, with consequences up to insolvency. Unfortunately, we have already had to experience all of this.
Unfortunately, very often traders only book this service after they have already experienced a GAU.
