This means: You have an input field for search terms in the Content Manager. This search generates a product overview on the content page, as in a normal product listing, including the familiar product filter function and page enumeration.
In addition, you can limit the search results to one category.
In this way, you set up a topic page once and without any programming knowledge, which then maintains itself, because new products that appear that contain the search term also appear automatically on this page and products that you take out of the shop also disappear from the content page.
