Packaging lump sum from the net value of the goods

In the admin you will find a new field "Packaging fee" under "Summary" and you can enter the percentage to be added there. The packaging fee will then be shown separately in the checkout process (shipping costs), as well as in the order summary, in the order confirmation email and in the printout.
