Show tax rates separately

This change means that the tax rates are shown separately on the order confirmation page, e.g.

10x test product 1 à 11,90 => 119, (19% VAT)

10x test product 2 à 35,70 => 357,- (19% VAT)

1x test product 3 à 10,70 => 10,70 (7% VAT)

Subtotal: 486,70
Shipping : 0,- Euro
incl 19% VAT: 76,-
incl 7% VAT: 0,70
Total: 486,70
