With this change, you add all possible fields to your contact form, freely defined by you
Just tell us what else you want to ask.

An example of this is our own contact form.

It is also possible to add an opt-in field to the contact form to indicate that the customer agrees to the data processing (recommended by the Händlerbund , but only necessary for older shops).
