Hide "Company name" field for private clients

Show company name only on request:

We are aiming here at people who read and fill in forms only superficially or let their browser fill them in using the "autofill" function. And already "Mr." or "Mrs." is written in the field "Company", which is annoying for the trader in the process.

With this module your registration page gets a new checkbox "Firemen data (B2B customers only)" or "B2B company account?" (as you like), only if this is ACTIVELY TICKENED, there is the possibility to enter the company name and if necessary the VAT ID.

Simple and convenient for all parties involved.

Note for Modified 2, this module is not updatable.
