With this module, your customers are automatically contacted and asked for a rating.
Many people comply with this request - no one would think of it on their own.

The customer is offered a field in the checkout process:
"I give you permission to send me a one-time satisfaction enquiry ".
(If you would like a different text, please let us know before you start
, preferably during your order).


He has to tick this to receive an evaluation request.
You can define in the admin area at which dispatch status the e-mail should be sent and in which period of time.
We recommend the settings
- at dispatch status "sent"
- between 10 and 30 days after the order (it has to be a time window, not an exact day).

The module sends the mail in the language the customer used when placing the order.
You can change the subjectlanguage-dependently with the help of the module "Send all e-mails language-dependently with own subject".

Follow up:

  1. Free advertising for you in your shop through positive reviews from real customers.
  2. You recognise problems with certain products at an early stage through negative feedback and can react quickly.
  3. You can process negative reviews as complaints and delete them afterwards.


Setting options:

  • Only customers whose shipping status has reached a certain point (usually: "paid and shipped") will be contacted.
  • Only customers whose purchase was made at least x, but no more than y days ago will be contacted
  • E-mail texts are of course freely customisable
