- the Händlerbund.
We check your shop on the basis of the current Trusted Shops manual (approx. 162 pages) and the Trusted Shops test protocol (approx. 47 pages) and immediately make all changes.
Or: the child has already fallen into the well and you have not passed the TS test.
We take the test protocol and change everything.
Note: This check takes place WITHOUT legal guarantee!
We do not accept any liability for:
legal changes that have occurred in the meantime,
incorrect legal texts that you have entered,
changes that you have made in the middle of the inspection process
things that were ticked off as OK in the initial inspection by Trusted Shops and are suddenly criticised in the subsequent inspection.
However, should we have overlooked things that were already criticised in the previous protocol, we will rectify these free of charge.
As a follow-up inspection is unfortunately the rule rather than the exception, especially with TS, we will not pay any inspection fees for you.
We recommend the following steps to every customer before TS certification:
- Order an SSL certificate from your hoster.
- Order legally compliant texts and forms from your lawyer, or you can decide to use the Trusted Shops legal text service.
- If you use Amazon Checkout, use the new API solution instead of the old "Checkout by Amazon" module (available for purchase from us).
- Only include customers in the newsletter via "Double Opt In", do not automatically include purchase customers!
- Do not use social media plugins or Facebook apps (like Bonusbox).
- Check whether you use legal texts from other providers (see above).
