Annoying, but it can happen: You have forgotten your admin password or it simply no longer works.
We come as your "locksmith" and open the door to the shop for you.
To do this, we need your FTP access data or optionally the access data to the customer account of your hoster,
as well as the e-mail address of the admin account that we are to reset.
We will then reset the password to one of our choice and you can log in and change your password back to your old one.
We don't need or want to know what this is.
