With the most modern spam filter:

• Adjust the strength of the filter conveniently using the slider control.
• Black list, whose e-mails should ALWAYS be rejected
• White list, whose e-mails should ALWAYS be accepted
• Optionally with blocking of all executable attachments (e.g. exe, bat, com)
• Optionally with blocking of all office attachments (e.g. doc, xls, pdf)

Optionally including advice and minor work:
You can call / write e-mails and ask questions about the operation of the shop as often as you like.
In addition, minor work that only takes about 1-2 minutes (this happens frequently) will be done by us free of charge.
Examples of this: Change e-mail text, change the name of a shipping or payment method, hide a superfluous box in a template, ...
