You can call / e-mail and ask questions about the operation of the shop as often as you like
In addition, minor work that only takes about 1-2 minutes (this happens frequently) is done by us free of charge.
Examples of this: Change e-mail text, change the name of a shipping or payment method, hide an unnecessary box in a template, ...
Without support, you pay for each request from a quarter of an hour started.

With the most modern spam filter:

  • Set the strength of the filter conveniently with a slider
  • Black list, whose e-mails should ALWAYS be rejected
  • White list, whose e-mails should ALWAYS be accepted
  • Optionally with blocking of all executable attachments (e.g. exe, bat, com)
  • Optionally with blocking of all office attachments (e.g. doc, xls, pdf)

Is the e-mail genuine? Or is it? No more: e-mails that arrive:

  • SPF entry
  • DKIM entry

This ensures that e-mails sent by you can be identified as genuine by the recipient.

Cancellation is possible at any time, notice period 14 days to the end of the month.
