Select orders that were created or changed manually

In larger shop teams, disputes sometimes break out when there is an order that the customer allegedly did not order in this way.

We put an end to this!

- If an admin creates an order manually, it is marked with a corresponding note.
- If an admin changes an order (products, prices, customer data), it is marked with a corresponding note.

- If a customer orders, there is no notice (not even for "changes" such as package number and order status).

In this way, it is finally clear whether an order was placed by the customer or by an admin.

Variant 1:

General note "was changed by an admin".

Variant 2:

Concrete note: "was changed by admin Max Müller with account ID 123" - so that you know exactly who it was.
