We place your domain under the protection of Cloudflare, a US-based online filter that protects the German Bundestag, among others.
In everyday use, filters are already in place in a free plan that protect you from known attacks such as cross-site scripting and SQL injections. If your shop is attacked, we can massively expand the protection with a click of the mouse, i.e., we simply change the Cloudflare plan. From then on, this will cost you monthly fees, currently around 30-35 euros per month.
We generally recommend this filter for all retailers who are actively under attack.
Cloudflare causes massive problems with regard to the functionality of the admin area in Modified Shops and, under certain circumstances, in Shopware Shops.
However, it can help to ward off current attacks, and we can switch the filter on and off at any time—just give us a call.
In addition, we can evaluate the Cloudflare logs and thus see where problems still exist (for example, if the Wawi is blocked) and then take countermeasures. That is why we do not charge a fixed price but an hourly rate. The move usually takes 30-45 minutes, and setting up the rules takes about 2-4 hours.
You can help us by letting us know right at the beginning which external programs access your shop (Wawi, Fibu, Nas, Analytics, payment providers, etc.).
