The extension allows you to mark products as electrical appliances. If an electrical appliance is in the shopping basket, the customer is offered a checkbox in the checkout process to indicate that he or she wishes to take back an old appliance. The shop operator will be informed of this request by the system via e-mail. The e-mail address to which this information is to be sent can be freely entered in the configuration.
The recipient will then receive an e-mail like this: "Dear Max Mustermann, in order number 10001 the customer has indicated that he would like to return his old electrical appliance. Please take the appropriate steps. Best regards, the shop system. "
The custom field in the product is called fishn_return_electrical_device_product. You can also populate this field with your ERP system.
