We research and install(*) suitable plugins for you for up to 4 hours a month, communicate with their manufacturers, configure them, show you how to use them if necessary, answer your questions about Shopware operation by e-mail - where can I find what - and do small jobs.
Advice by e-mail only:
Shopware is extremely complex. Support is therefore only provided by e-mail, not by telephone, because we have to research some answers first.
Fairness rule:
Daily questions such as “I have so few orders today, can you see what the reason is?” are not possible.
Also not included are proactive work, troubleshooting and bug fixes for SEO and Google Ads or ERP.
Possible questions include:
“What's the best way to set up my shipping costs if I want to send freight forwarding goods with live animals to China, and you want to add another 30 euros on top of 100 kg?”
or:
“How do I give a 10 percent discount on all products except books, special offers and vouchers if I collect them myself?”
Independence of advice:
Important to know:
we provide unbiased and independent advice. If we recommend plugins, for example, we receive nothing from the plugin manufacturer, not even a commission.
Billing
On request, we can write down every quarter of an hour worked and let you know when the 4 hours are up.
Let me put it this way: on average, you get off better without billing, as we don't drop the hammer exactly after 4 hours. But with payroll accounting, we do this in any case.
Optionally, we can also take care of regular updates.
Select “Additional work**” before you order this service.
The minimum term is 6 months and is always extended by 1 month unless canceled by you or us 14 days before expiry.
* There may be additional license costs for updating paid plugins.
** The service requires that all plugins and themes meet the update requirements and are covered by an active subscription, but we test the store via StageWare before updating the live system. We may need your help with the testing if you are more familiar with the plugins than we are :)
The license for StageWare is added to the price of the “additional work”! You can find the current price in the Shopware Store!
