Connect Newsletter System to Shopware

Shopware itself does not offer the sending of newsletters. However, it is possible to connect external providers.
Our favourite newsletter provider for many years has been Cleverreach. Cleverreach offers a very good price-performance ratio and maintains its servers in Germany, which is very important for data protection.

We offer you the free setup of your Cleverreach account and the free connection of Cleverreachto Shopware for free. Why? Because we are honestly convinced of Cleverreach on the one hand - and on the other hand, because we get a small commission. To be honest, we would recommend Cleverreach even without commission, but they don't need to know that ;-)

Important to know:

Cleverreach is a professional newsletter provider that is known to the email system operators (i.e. web.de, gmx, telekom etc) as reputable. This is important so that your newsletters do not end up in the spam folder.
Cleverreach is used by companies such as DHL, Tesa, 1. FC Köln, REWE, Rotkäppchen, Greenpeace, AOK, Hanse Merkur, Spotify
...and another 175,000 customers.

What is done and what does it cost?

- Installation of the interface in your shop: free of charge if the account is opened by us, otherwise the price shown under "Setup: no".

- Opening and setting up aCleverreachaccount by us: free of charge (but without programming or graphic work like building newsletter templates)

- Up to 1000 emails per month to up to 250 recipients: free of charge.

- No basic fees, no minimum turnover!

Additional costs, if desired:
The rate selection is based on the number of recipients, not on the frequency of your e-mails. So you can send out as many emails as you like each month. Examples would be: 500 recipients 15 Euro, 1000 recipients 20 Euro, 2500 recipients 35 Euro (*). All price information can be found here.

Of course there are cheaper providers, but they usually don't have their servers in Germany or don't have this range of functions. We test many newsletter systems every year and so far no one could convince us that they are better than Cleverreach.
