For Shopware it can be a bit more. We therefore advise against so-called "shared hosting" offers with single-digit monthly fees!

Entire virtual server (one server for you alone)

With the most modern spam filter:

  • Adjust the strength of the filter conveniently via a slider
  • Black list, whose e-mails should ALWAYS be rejected
  • White list, whose e-mails should ALWAYS be accepted
  • Optionally with blocking of all executable attachments (e.g. exe, bat, com)
  • Optionally with blocking of all office attachments (e.g. doc, xls, pdf)

Is the e-mail genuine? Or is it? No more: e-mails that arrive:

  • SPF entry
  • DKIM entry

This ensures that e-mails sent by you can be identified as genuine by the recipient.

Cancellation is possible at any time, 14 days notice to the end of the month.

Support flat rate also available on request. For a fixed monthly fee, you can call or email and ask questions about the shop operation as often as you like. The minimum term for support is 12 months, after which you have 14 days' notice to the end of the month. Without a support flat rate, we will charge you for the time spent on support questions for each quarter of an hour or part thereof.
