The cancellation button for Shopware 5 is actually a cancellation link. When you click on it, a window titled “Cancel Order” opens, where you enter your email address, order number, and name. You don’t even need to be logged in to do this.
The plugin searches for the corresponding order and displays the items. You can then check individual items—or just parts of them—and cancel them.
Good to know: The plugin has no other impact on the shop. It simply sends an email to the buyer confirming that the cancellation request has been received and that someone will contact them. And the merchant only receives a notification to follow up.
We do not interfere with inventory or orders in any way.
