PDF order form for supplier

We add a button “Order” in the admin under the orders. If you press it, a PDF will open that you can download (or print out) and send.  It simply contains your sender and the customer's name as the recipient. 
Below this are the items from the order, but without the price. 

You can now send the PDF to your supplier with a comment of your choice, e.g. “Please deliver directly to customer”. 

Note:
This is not a system module, but an individual program.
