LIVE SHOPPING Version 1; on the homepage

Draw attention to yourself with crisp and short offers on your start page!

Liveshopping is about offering a certain item at a knock-down price for a few hours or days.
This puts the viewer under pressure to act, as the remaining time is displayed to them as a countdown.

Displayed are:

- Product image and product name
- A layer of your choice, for example "Promotion" (see example image)
- A title of your choice, for example "Only for a short time"
- The original price.
- the current price
- the saving in percent
- a countdown as numbers
- date and time when the offer ends
- if you wish, another countdown as a bar, in one color or with a color gradient (see example image)

Liveshopping can be prepared well in advance. It starts automatically on the date you enter and ends on your desired date. Alternatively, it can be canceled after x products have been sold.
You can also use Liveshopping permanently as a so-called "Happy Hour" offer, for example every Monday from 17-18h, or every day from 8-12h. There are no limits to your imagination. Finally, you can even use the module as an Advent calendar.
You can also create dozens of offers via a global change and then assign the same times or weekdays to all of them.

You can also promote several products at the same time. Each time the website is visited, a random generator decides which product is shown to the customer.

When the offers have expired, they can be deleted with one click (from the Live Shopping list, not from the products). Products that are already a special offer cannot be added as a Live Shopping product, in which case the special offer must first be ended.

The design is included in the price.

LIVE SHOPPING version 2; on the product listing page, i.e. above the products.

In each (sub-) category you can display a Live Shopping above the products, which contains a product from this category. If there are several Live Shopping products, a random generator will select one.
The following will be displayed:

- Product picture
- Name
- Current price
- Original price
- Savings
- Countdown
- Optional: Quantity still available

The quantity still available is independent of the actual product quantity. You can therefore have a stock of 10 (as with special offers), but only offer 3 in Live Shopping. Depending on your shop settings, a purchase of 5, for example, would then be allowed or forbidden (Admin-> Stock management -> Consider special offers yes/no).

When booking, please let us know if you want version 1 or version 2. These are 2 different modules that cannot be combined with each other.
 

HOW TO

Simply go to Catalog > Live Shopping in your shop's admin panel and click on New Product. You'll see a dropdown menu and can select a product from the list. Open the dropdown and type the first few letters to jump to the product more quickly.

Enter the new price, using a comma or a period, it doesn't matter.

Specify the date the offer should start. If it should start immediately, please enter yesterday's date as the start date.

Optionally, you can also enter the time for each day of the week. This allows you to introduce a Happy Hour or similar promotion.

Made a mistake? You can always stop active offers using the MASTER button. In the Live Shopping offers overview, there's a "STATUS" column, which changes automatically depending on the date. Next to it is a MASTER column, where you can directly set an offer to RED = inactive if necessary.

However, you usually don't need to do anything with these two columns.

The price quoted here already includes the "Clean up special offers" plugin, as it is technically necessary.

FAQ - Questions and Answers

I can't find my product in the selection list!
Please go to the admin panel and check under Catalog > Special Offers: is the product you're looking for listed there as a special offer (possibly expired)? If so, please delete it.

My live shopping product isn't showing up!

Please check:

• Is the product active?
• Is it in an active category? Are all parent categories also active?
• Did you perhaps set a limited quantity, and that quantity has now been sold? ("Offer only applies to the first 3")
• Was the offer launched a day ago? For example: Today is November 15, 2025. To launch an offer that should be displayed immediately, select November 14, 2025, as the start date.
• Has the offer perhaps expired? An end date of December 1, 2025, means that the offer expires on November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
