With the “Stay logged in” shop module, you can add a handy feature to your modified eCommerce shop that keeps customers logged in all the time. If your customer checks the “Stay logged in” box when logging in, this selection is saved in the browser via a cookie.
The next time the customer visits your shop, they will be automatically logged in again – without having to re-enter their login details. Only when they actively click on “Log out” will the cookies be deleted and a new manual login be required.
This feature offers a clear advantage, especially if you have many regular customers: fewer obstacles to shopping and a significantly more convenient user experience.
