We usually respond very quickly, though we do not offer guaranteed response times (SLAs).
If you have a large number of topics to cover, we ask that you send a separate email for each one; otherwise, things can quickly become confusing if there is a back-and-forth exchange.
We also handle so-called "1-minute tasks" (e.g., quickly updating the legal notice/imprint) at no extra cost. We are happy to let you know whether or not a requested task is included.
Price per month; minimum term of 12 months.
Fair use policy:
Daily questions such as "I have very few orders today—can you take a look and see why?" are not covered.
Questions such as "What is the best way to set up shipping costs if I want to ship freight items—including live animals—to China, with an additional €30 charge for shipments over 100 kg?" are acceptable.
Proactive work, troubleshooting, and bug fixes related to SEO and Google Ads are also excluded; the service covers basic theoretical advice only.
